NY Democrats’ Preference for Equity Over Safety Could Soon Hit the Road

The supporters of this asinine legislation want to pass it because they think it’s necessary to promote racial equity.

ATLANTA – Democrats never miss an opportunity to pass legislation that makes little or no sense, and up in New York State, Albany’s legislature wants to ban cops from pulling over folks for “piddly stuff” like missing license plates or busted taillights on their vehicles. State Democrats are claiming that it’s “racially biased” for law enforcement to enforce these traffic violations, so to make it “equitable for all,” they are proposing to eliminate them.

Obviously, this would compromise safety on their roads, but in at least one instance, legislation like this would prevent the capture of notorious serial killers like Joel Rifkin.

How can non-enforcement of minor traffic violations lead to a serial killer remaining at large? Boortz will break it all down for you today and illustrate just how dangerous “Democrat racial do-goodery” legislation can be!
