Frozen Joe Biden is really a thing. Lately he’s been seen at events seizing up and going into full-on “store mannequin mode” and the White House Press Corps is now trying like crazy to try and convince the American public that what they see are deepfake videos of the President. Why is there such an effort to keep this diminished man in place? The Talkmaster has a few ideas.
