Ray Epps Gets No Jail Time and The Kimmer Goes on Blast

This image from video provided by the Justice Department and contained in the government’s sentencing memorandum, shows Ray Epps, left, at the U.S. Capitol, Jan. 6, 2021 in Washington. Epps, a former Arizona resident who was targeted by right-wing conspiracy theories about the U.S. Capitol riot, was sentenced on Tuesday to a year of probation for joining the Jan. 6, 2021 attack by a mob of fellow Donald Trump supporters. ATLANTA – Who is Ray Epps? A January 6th protestor who is on video multiple times calling for the crowd to storm the capitol building and then was one of the first to breech the barriers of the capitol building itself. Interestingly, for his role in the riot, Ray Epps is getting probation while others who did far less are serving YEARS in prison.

Today, the Kimmer calls BS on Ray Epps, the probation sentence, and the pure double standard of justice on display.
