July 4th 2017… sports slow time, but it’s actually one of my favorite times of the year. We get the chance to go down some roads other than football.
- How bout them BRAVES! Admit it, you’re paying attention to them nightly, you’re scoreboard watching and it’s only July. Rest of this month is crucial. Nats, Dodgers, Backs , Astros. Tough teams, One game at a time
- I’m in love with the Battery and SunTrust park, aka, our new office home, Move becomes official this Friday. I feel so lucky and blessed to be a part of 680 and their forward thinking .
- I could eat fresh seafood every day. Just went to Baltimore and had fresh steamed crabs. My goodness… Old bay, cayenne pepper, beer steam.. wow
- I’m kinda obsessed with Despicable Me movies. Brilliant with a side of sarcasm. Those minions
- Really looking forward to seeing THE BIG SICK. Heard it’s incredible. And it’s not 3 hours long
- Sony Michel wrote an anthem for UGa football, it’s called BALLIN, it’s really really good! You will be hearing it a ton, I predict
- People are too uptight at the airport.
- Families that are traveling with 3 or more kids, you’re completely allowed to be uptight. I don’t know how you do it
- Atlanta United, you are everything that is right about sports. Applause applause
- The Georgia Swarm folks are awesome. Next year, pick a date and go. You will be so impressed with all things lacrosse.
- My sister is moving home from Los Angeles to Panama City. I’m really glad. I miss her.
- About to adopt a kitty cat. It’s been 4 years since my Simba went to kitty heaven.
- Counting the days to hockey season. Will be making multiple trips to Nashville. That predators run was something special
- Falcons are going to be really , really good. NO reason, except for injuries, that they can’t make it back to Super Bowl 52
- NO, I don’t have FSU/Alabama tickets. That’s a hard no. Can’t believe how many people asking me for tix. But absolutely CANNOT WAIT for that weekend! Labor Day! Noles/Tide … gonna be so much fun
